Ingredients:
Makes 31-32 bubbles:
1/2 cup Warm Milk
1/2 tsp Sugar
1 tsp yeast (3g)
2 cup Maida (250g)
1.5 tbsp Sugar
3/4 tsp Salt
3 tbsp Milk
3 tbsp softened Butter
For the topping:
2 tbsp Melted Butter
2 Green Chillies
Coriander leaves
pinch of Salt
Cheese (optional)
Bake at 175c / 350 F for 20-22 min
Cooker at medium heat for 28 min
