Awesome Pepperoni or Ham & Cheese Rolls

These Awesome Pepperoni or Ham & Cheese Rolls are the bomb.
I'm sure you will love them too, if you don't I'll eat my hat.

Pepperoni and Ham & Cheese Rolls
From the kitchen of: Wiley & Company Homestead

Pizza Dough:
1 package yeast (2 ¼ tsp)
¾ cup warm water
½ tsp sugar
½ tsp salt
2 T olive oil
2 cups flour
Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix thoroughly. Knead dough 1-2 minutes, once all ingredients are incorporated.
Roll out dough. Add either of the fillings below in rows. Roll up, pinch seams and tuck in sides.
Bake at 375ºF for around 20-25 minutes.

Pepperoni Rolls:
1 package mozzarella cheese
Pepperoni (as much or as little as you like)
Melted butter for top
Parmesan cheese – add after baking

Ham & Cheese Rolls:
½ package slice ham (or ham lunch meat)
Provolone Cheese
Melted butter for top
Cheddar cheese for top – add last 5 minutes of baking, until melted

Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce:
½ cup mayonnaise
2 T. Dijon mustard
2 T. yellow mustard
3 T. honey
1 tsp of apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
Pinch of salt & pepper
Optional: 1/8 tsp garlic powder, or 1/8 tsp paprika (for extra flavor)
