I've been treated to so many beautiful days out across the UK - but back at the start of January, I spent the most stunning day exploring the majestic winter wilderness of Glen Nevis, a mighty valley in the heart of the Scottish Highlands.
Under brilliant blue skies, through deep snow, and past Ben Nevis (Britain's highest mountain), I ventured eight miles from the town of Fort William through jaw-dropping Highland scenery towards the mighty Steall Falls, Scotland's second-highest waterfall - but the walk wasn't quite as straightforward as I was expecting.
