Описание: In this training video, I’m going to show you how to run comps for Wholesale Deals in 2022 to determine the After Repaired Value so you can make an intelligent offer. I’m also going to show you how to run comps using REIPro, things to consider when running comps and a couple of tips on what NOT to do… and I’m still seeing people do it.

When we run comps and find out what a property would be worth in tip top shape, we can then subtract all of our expenses and potential profits to determine an offer to the seller. If this number is off, you could end up losing thousands of dollars.
