You can make these cookies with royal icing, I made them with royal glaze (also known as vegan royal icing), you can find the recipe below. Royal glaze is more stable with the dipping method and has a shiny finish ❄️

👉🏼For the icing:
1 1/2 Cups Powdered Sugar
3 tsp Corn Syrup
6-8 tsp water
(Extract is optional)
Combine all the ingredients and mix for a few minutes until everything is incorporated. Cover your bowl with a wet towel and allow the icing to rest for a few minutes. You will notice some air bubbles on the surface, pop them using a toothpick and proceed with the video instructions.
