Mass killings, gangsterism and extortion are near daily occurrences in areas across Cape Town, and residents have been calling on authorities to do more.
But it seems not everyone thinks that the deployment of the SANDF, as announced by president Cyril Ramaphosa will have a lasting or positive impact.
