AISA President Neha Bora has said the recent student protest movement will have a lasting impact, arguing that people will not forget how 17- and 18-year-old students were, according to her, "witch-hunted like criminals." Speaking in an interview, Bora said the movement showed that when people set aside divisive politics and fight together, they can achieve change.

Responding to a question about the movement's possible electoral impact, Bora said she believes the protest and its "victory" will remain in people's hearts and minds until the next elections. She also called on those associated with the movement to keep its achievements and renewed sense of hope alive, while continuing to support others fighting for their rights across the country.

Her remarks have sparked discussion on the long-term political impact of student-led movements and the role of youth in shaping public discourse.
