Plant performed the voluntary seismic retrofit for the following scope of work: strengthening of the theater stage roof diaphragm, strengthening of the stage walls; bracing the suspended control room; and bracing the plaster ceilings. The team also provided demolition and abatement, reroofed the stage, and completed code-required accessibility upgrades.
