Republicans have been pushing through extremely conservative judges to life-time appointments to the federal bench. Many of these Trump judges are no qualified or ill-prepared to sit on the federal judiciary.

Nonetheless Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell and the Republican controlled Senate have been ramming them through and packing the federal court.

The majority of these conservative judges are against civil rights, environmental protection and are against a woman’s right to choose.

While McConnell packs the federal bench with judges that are against civil rights there are a group of Black Republicans who refuse to call out Trump, McConnell and the Republican Party for their actions. We have often questioned on #RolandMartinUnfiltered why Black Republicans support Donald Trump.

There have always been Black Republicans but Trump's clear disdain for Black people make you wonder how Black people justify their support of someone who thinks so little of them.

Author and Conservative Activist, F. Lee Francis joined Roland Martin on #RMU to discuss the packing of the courts with far-right judges and to explain why Black Republicans wont’ come out and condemn the actions of Trump and his outgoing administration.
