2001 yz125 had broken kickstart shaft that was stuck down.
Cause was end of the kickstart spring had snapped off causing shaft dogs ear to get jammed and causing it to snap off and get stuck in it's own mechanism.
Case was slightly chewed up but not punctured.
Also while everything is opened we change multiple seals including the crankshaft seal.
Remove clutch
So a good chance for anyone wanting to do the job themselves at home to see what's inside and what to expect when doing it.
