❗️Ingridients:
-3 cups of chopped kimchi
-1/2 pound of pork shoulder or pork belly.
-1 tsp of sugar
-salt(accdg to taste)
-1 onion
-1 small leak
-toufu
-1 straw mushroom
-500 ml chicken stock
❗️procedure:
1. Fry onion and leak.
2.fry pork until lightbrown.
3.boil stock
4.combine onion,leak,pork and kimchi in a heavy bottom pot.
5.cook for 15 min.
6.add toufu and straw mushroom.
7.cook for 5 mins.
