Ingredients:
Egg 🥚 (two).
Flour (5 Cups)
Milk 🥛 ( two cups)
Salt 🧂 (teaspoon)
Sugar ( Two spoon)
Yeast ( one spoon)
White Vinegar ( teaspoon)
Vanilla
Add two cups of warm milk.
Add the yeast and auger .
Cover and leave the mixture for 10 mins.
Then Add two eggs with Vanilla and white vinegar and butter.
Mixed very well
Add the flour ( knead well).
Cover and leave it to rest for one hour.
Sprinkle some flour on to your surface.
Cut the dough
Roll it out and spread butter on each layer.
Cover it with clingfilm and put in freezer for 45 mins.
Roll the dough out like big circle .
Cut into 12 pieces
Roll the dough into a roll
Brush the croissants with egg yolk and little bit of butter.
Bake in a medium heat 180 for 15 mins
