Winter Running - Layering

Описание: Cold weather is around the corner, so it's time to talk about layering for winter running. It can get pretty cold in the midwest, but we generally don't let that stop us from getting out there for a run. The key is getting the layering just right for the conditions.

Note: people like to play Knifey Spooney with temperature. If I say it's hot, people like to point out that where they are is hotter. If I say it's cold, people like to tell me that where they are, it's colder. It's literally not a contest. And, in my opinion, cold (or heat), is relative. What's cold to you is cold. What you need to wear to stay warm is what you need. Go out there in the winter, try out some layering for where you are and how you feel, make adjustments, and get in your run however you feel is best.
