in present a lot cultural things going away because of the technology now take first place.And i got this news from my mothering-law.i have been searching for this special plant since a lot time and she told me about this red rosella.she lives in galenbidunu wawa.according to her knowledge she told me that these red rosella grow in the rocks.(near roky plains)i had no patient cause i was so curious about this red rosella and i really want to see it.where it grow and how can we use like so many things in my mind.but we have to go so far if we gonna go to galenbidunu wawa.so my mothering-law posted the seeds to me.Within few days it arrived on time and i had no patient untill i plant them.so after i got the seeds i put them in to the water and kept it.and when i went to the kitchen oh god....my little boy fell that cup on the floor.and i hardly manage to collect some seeds and i palnted them.after few days out of those seeds only two plants growed.i take cared of those plant like my own child.it growd fast but it took
sometimes to bloom the flowers.in last few days it's so raining here after that end of rain period the small plant cover from the flowers.when i saw the flowers i was so happy cause i planted them with my own hands and when i see the result.that happiness can't describe in words
so from the very first harvest i made a cordial , jam. But when i finished those it a little bit dark out.so i was running out time and couldn't taste it.in the afternoon made basmathi rice with lemon and red rosella juice.the red colour of rosella is so bright and beautiful.when you put three red rosella in water one night the water is so red.after i tried red rosella with chicken and for salad i put rosella leaves.with coconut the rosella leave sambal is perfect.and like always my first taster superiors my daughter and son they tried it first.i thought that they will reject the rosella because it is kind a sour.but they eat everything so tastly and i perfectly made them.now my little princess used to play so she forgot to help me. And i blamed that cause girl should help their mother.but what to do when i told them to come to the kitchen but they in their own world.here comes the day of tasting the jam and the juice i made with some mint leaves and ginger juice it was on point.no words to describe the taste.I jammed the bread from the jam i made and went to the canal at the end of our garden.we go there like innocents but what we do is throw stones at fish.and after feeding i told to get a net to catch some fish.
