बाल श्रम करवाते होटल मालिक और बाईक चोरी करते दो आरोपीयों को पुलिस ने लिया हिरासत में

पुलिस थाना कोतवाली डूंगरपुर पर कपिल कुमार परमार पिता मगनलाल परमार निवासी दाबेला थाना दोवडा डूंगरपुर में रिपोर्ट देकर बताया था कि सदर थाना के पीछे सरकारी क्वार्टर में उसके दोस्त प्रकाश के साथ रहता है और 26 सितंबर को 5:00 बजे के आसपास उसकी मोटरसाइकिल स्प्लेंडर प्लस सदर चौराहे पर स्थित जयपुर कोचिंग सेंटर के बाहर रखी थी और अंदर पढ़ाई करने गया था 6:00 बजे वापस आकर देखा तो बाईक गायब थी पुलिस द्वारा कार्रवाई करते हुए थाना अधिकारी कोतवाली टीम द्वारा परंपरागत पुलिसिंग और मुखबिर तंत्र के सहयोग से मोतीलाल पिता गंगाराम कटारा उम्र 31 साल निवासी भाटपूर पुलिस थाना सदर डूंगरपुर और दिनेश पिता काबू कटारा उम्र 22 साल निवासी भाटपुर पुलिस थाना सदर डूंगरपुर को गिरफ्तार किया गया इधर थाना कोतवाली टीम द्वारा चाइल्ड हेल्पलाइन डूंगरपुर की टीम के सहयोग से थाना कोतवाली क्षेत्र के विभिन्न होटल ढाबो में चेकिंग करने पर न्यू जोधपुर मिष्ठान भंडार नया बस स्टैंड डूंगरपुर पर बाल श्रमिक बाल श्रम करते हुए पाया गया पुछने पर नियोक्ता द्वारा प्रतिमाह ₹8000 पारिश्रमिक देना बताया गया जिस पर मौके पर कार्रवाई करते हुए बाल श्रमिक को बाल कल्याण समिति के समक्ष पेश किया गया और उक्त नियुक्ता के खिलाफ कानूनी कार्रवाई के आदेश दिए गए थाना कोतवाली टीम द्वारा उक्त कार्रवाई में होटल मालिक बजरग पिता रामप्रताप कुम्हार उम्म्र वयस्क निवासी सुरधना चौहान थाना देशनोक जिला बीकानेर को गिरफ्तार किया गया है।

Kapil Kumar Parmar, son of Maganlal Parmar, resident of Dabela, Thana Dovada Dungarpur, had given a report at Thana Kotwali Dungarpur and told that he lives with his friend Prakash in the government quarter behind Sadar police station and on 26th September around 5:00 pm, his motorcycle Splendor Plus was parked outside Jaipur Coaching Center located at Sadar Square and he went inside to study. When he returned at 6:00 pm, the bike was missing. Taking action by the police, Thana Adhikari Kotwali team, with the help of traditional policing and informer system, arrested Motilal, son of Gangaram Katara, age 31 years, resident of Bhatpur Police Station Sadar Dungarpur and Dinesh, son of Kabu Katara, age 22 years, resident of Bhatpur Police Station Sadar Dungarpur. Here, on checking in various hotels and dhabas of Thana Kotwali area by Thana Kotwali team with the help of Child Helpline Dungarpur team, child labour was found at New Jodhpur Mishthan Bhandar, New Bus Stand Dungarpur. On asking, the employer told that he pays ₹8000 as remuneration per month, on which action was taken on the spot and the child labourer was presented before the Child Welfare Committee and orders were given for legal action against the said employer. In the said action by the Police Station Kotwali team, hotel owner Bajrang father Rampratap Kumhar, adult resident of Surdhana Chauhan, Police Station Deshnok, District Bikaner was arrested.
