For too long we have believed that Spirituality is a private matter that cannot be spoken about. There is now so much research to say that Spirituality ( all kinds: atheistic, humanistic, environmental, religious etc) is good for us that we can no longer ignore it. Spirituality is deeply personal but it is not a private matter - it's a matter of public health and the next frontier of workplace wellness. Susannah Healy is the CEO of www.SusannahHealy.com , a psychologist, author of two books, Mindfulness meditation teacher and a speaker, who enjoys just about anything over cleaning the house.
