Morning light finds CUTIS standing before a small mirror, smoothing his hair, trying on a hat that doesn’t quite fit the moment. Outside, a goat calls. CUTIS leans from the window and sees it restless by the fence… and then suddenly gone, trotting down the road toward Father.
CUTIS runs after it, but the goat chooses Father’s side.
So CUTIS turns back. With BUEM, he drives to a quiet restaurant, not to escape—but to breathe. They play, they eat, they share simple joy.
