Dr Jeffrey Rubin is considered one of the leading integrators of Western psychotherapy and Eastern meditative traditions. He practices in New York City and North Salem, New York, and teaches at the Object Relations Institute of New York, the American Institute of Psychoanalysis, and the C.G. Jung Institute of New York.
He is the author of eight books and numerous articles. His pioneering work has been featured in The New York Times Magazine.
He is a graduate of Princeton University, Columbia University, and Union Institute. He received psychoanalytic training at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York City and The Westchester Institute for Training in Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy.
