This is the 8th and final episode of a culinary series of 8 episodes that will make you experience flavours and tradition of my kitchen. I will share with you unique recipes revisited in a modern way, a journey of traditional Maltese dishes revisited in a modern way.
In every episode, I was limited by 5 fresh ingredients, but this time I was allowed to use 10 to create this exciting festive dish.
Today I'm going to cook a Three Bird Roast with a Red Currant Sauce.

INGREDIENTS:
Apart from the basic ingredients of olive oil, salt, pepper, chilli, garlic and butter. The following 5 ingredients will be needed for this dish.
Thyme
Duck
Panko
Turkey Breast
Pine Nuts
Red Currants
Quale
Red Wine
Parsley
