1.5 cups - rajma seeds
1 tsp - salt
Bay leaf, cinnamon stick, 2 cardamom and 4 to 5 cloves
1 tsp - kashmiri red chilli powder
1 tsp - ghee/clarified butter
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp - cumin seeds
Dried red chillies
Asafoetida
2 pieces - chopped onion
1 tbsp - finely chopped garlic & ginger
Pinch of turmeric powder
1 tsp - kashmiri red chilli powder
1 tsp - coriander powder
1/2 tsp - cumin powder
1/2 tsp - aamchur/mango powder
1/2 tsp - black pepper
2 tsp -chhole masala powder
Tomato puree made of atleast 3 tomato pieces
Salt
2 tsp - ghee/clarified butter
1 tsp - kasuri methi/dried fenugreek leaves
1/t tsp - garam masala
Some slit green chillies (optional)
Ginger julians (optional)
Fresh coriander leaves
