🍒Crepe recipe

1/2 cup tapioca starch
4 eggs
3/4 cup water
(in the video we doubled the recipe and we had about about 12 crepes)

🍒Smoothie

loose mixed green
about 6 or 7 banana
1 tbsp hemp seed
2 glass of water
1 glass of coconutwater
2 tbsp collagen (optional)

🍒Fast Jam

2 cup of frozen strawberry
3 tbsp of water
Enough maple syrup to sweeten for your taste
1 tbsp chia seed
