In this CCC lesson, I work with Nigel on finally unlocking his backhand drive. He almost never used it because it lacked shape, power, and consistency, so he defaulted to dropping instead.

We focused on:
driving through the ball (not around it)
adding shape and margin so the shot clears the net safely
building power without forcing the swing
creating a repeatable motion he can trust under pressure

With a few key adjustments, Nigel’s backhand drive went from unreliable to confident - giving him a real offensive option instead of a bailout drop.
