This simple session can be done either standing or seated. Feel free to make adjustments as you listen to your body. Let it be less about how it looks and focus on how it feels. Try to mirror my movements. (I think I said left but meant right …ops!). Keep coming back it works!
I kept it very focused on movement but as I keep adding-will dive into the health benefits that are numerous as well as some of the physiology, psychology and philosophy of this beautiful ancient practice!
