Comprising of one original and two remixes, one each from Soul Button and Patrick Podage, this will clock up Steyoyoke’s 24th EP to date and truly reflects the high standards we have come to expect from this label.

‘Fractured Memories’ is a heartfelt plight of love lost and emptiness found. The track harbours a sense of urgency, with its continuous bounce and plenty of kick. Dominating synth riffs and up beat chord progressions encapsulate what can best be described, as hollow intense vocals that float in, out and around a dreamy melody.

Picking up the pace just a little and adding a slightly racier vibe, is Soul Button’s remix. Boasting a crisp techy sound, this track is both repetitious and deliciously addictive.

Patrick Podage’s remix is edgier and definitely deeper. It really draws out the hidden soundscapes layered within this track, giving it a whole new dimension.
