I decided to break away from the technical talk for a video and instead focus on creating a new series to act as tips for wedding photographers. In this video I list 6 tips to help photographers deliver a phenomenal client experience that will help to generate more positive referrals and build a stronger business. I have been in the wedding photography industry for 10 years but am always interested in implementing new techniques to create a better experience day-of for the client.
