DSCG (Dissolving Sadness City Girl) explores the moment in a young woman's life when she realizes that the connections she once believed in may have been superficial. As that realization settles in, she experiences profound loneliness--losing her job, turning to self-soothing avoidance, struggling with pain and denial, slowly confronting the possibility that those relationships were never truly real to begin with. What remains is an unrelenting feeling of emptiness.
