नमस्कार साथियों
यह #LGpackageac है जो 15टन का है ।यह मशिन 220 वोल्ट सप्लाई का है जिसमें #R-22 नम्बर का गैस है।साथियों इसमें हमें बार बार सिकायत मिल रही थी कि यह मशिन लन्च के बाद बन्द हो जाता है और डिसप्ले में #CH-18 दिखा रहा है।ऐसे मे यह बडा कारण दिखता है कि आखिर में दोपहर के बाद ही क्यों बन्द होता है?देखिए जब इस तरह का शिकायत मिले #LGpackageac में तो समझना चाहिए कि दोपहर या उसके बाद सुर्य की किरण सिधे ए सी के उपर पडता है जिससे गर्मी ज्यादा होती है।और इसी टाईम ही बस CH18 तो समझिए कि मशिन इस गर्मी को सह नही पाता है।यानी इस टाईम कम्प्रेशर रिस्टार्ट टाईम हाई प्रेशर में जाता है जिससे मशिन कट आॅफ होकर डिस्प्ले मे #ch18 है। और यह तब होता है जब स्टार्ट के टाईम डिस्चार्ज लाईन का प्रेशर 350 से 400 Psi तक पहुॅच जाता है और यह तब होता है जब मशिन में तेल चढा हो या एक्पैन्शन वाल्व ब्लाक हो या कैपलरी या फिल्टर ब्लाक हो।
इस संदेह को देखते हुए मशिन को कैसे ठिक किया हुॅ आप सब बिडियों में भी देख सकते हैं।

This is #LGpackageac which is of 15 ton. This machine is of 220 volt supply with #R-22 number gas. Friends, we were repeatedly getting complaints that this machine shuts down after lunch and #CH is displayed in the display. It is showing -18. In such a situation, there is a big reason why it shuts down only after noon? See, when such complaints are received in #LGpackageac, then it should be understood that the sun's rays directly hit the AC after noon or after that. It falls on top due to which the heat is high. And at the same time only CH18, then understand that the machine is not able to tolerate this heat. Means at this time the compressor restart time goes to high pressure, due to which the machine is cut off and #ch18 is displayed. And this happens when the pressure of the discharge line at the time of start reaches 350 to 400 Psi and this happens when there is oil in the machine or expansion valve block or capillary or filter block.
