Everyone says Cleanse is mandatory on Samira in this meta, but I’ve been testing a new setup that makes it completely unnecessary. By running the Tenacity rune shard combined with a Mercs Treads rush after Collector, you effectively hit 40% Tenacity.

This build turns Samira into a pseudo-bruiser that can actually survive the mid-game teamfights while keeping Barrier/Exhaust for the pure combat advantage. If you're tired of getting CC-locked and losing your lead, this is the tech you need to start using.

In this video, I showcase this "No Cleanse" setup in two high-stakes Master Elo games.

THE 100% LIFESTEAL BUILD:
The new meta path is The Collector - Infinity Edge - Bloodthirster. This build maximizes the 100% lifesteal effectiveness from the buffs, making your Q and R heal for insane amounts.
You can still go LDR or shieldbow first if its better but most of the time im building BT third.

Runes: Conqueror + Inspiration Cashback / Cookies, can also flex for cosmic insight, triple tonic.
