How to store whole grain at home for fresh milled flour with NO BUGS! (my freezer to pantry system)

Описание: In this video I share my method for storing whole grains and pulses at home to avoid attack from weevils and other insects. There are a few methods available, but I’ll show you my simple freezer and kitchen pantry system and tell you why I love it and find it easy!

Bulk buying food and storing whole grains to use for freshly milled flour, whole wheat bread making and using my Mockmill 200 is very satisfying now that I’ve worked out a container system that works for me. I hope this video gives you some ideas to work with. The methods I discuss in this video apply to all kinds of home storage of whole grains and pulses, including whole wheat grain, spelt, rye, oats, beans, rice, lentils, seeds, pasta and any other dry pantry goods.
