Ingredients:
2 eggs
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup sugar
1 cup diced pineapple, drained
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp salt
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease 9x5 bread pan. Mix ingredients together. Bake for 55-60 minutes. Let cool. Then serve and enjoy!
