in this video we explained how to prepare ghee from cream milk.
1) Boil the cream milk thoroughly so that it is reduced to 4:3 ratio (4 glasses of milk reduced to 3)
2) Let it cool and refrigerate for 3 hours and collect the cream. Refrigeration makes ease in collection of cream.
3) Collect the desired quantity of cream every day and store in deep fridge only
4) After collection of cream, let it be brought to room temperature and mix two spoons of curd and leave for 5 to 6 hours for fermentation. This process makes the cream to retain probiotics in the ghee
5) The fermented cream can now be whipped using blender/ mixie till the butter floats in the container.
6) Add some cool after whipping so that the butter can be collected easily.
7) Clean the collected butter two times using cool water
8) Now this can be boiled till it becomes golden yellow and our ghee is prepared
