Today I'd like to share with you is how to make Buri Daikon, Simmered Yellowtail with Daikon. It is very grateful if you enjoy taste of Japanese homemade cooking.
【Ingredients】 (Serve two)
・3 Fillets of Yellowtail
・Daikon Radish 500g/ 1 pound
・Mirin 60cc/ a quarter U.S. cup
・Soy Sauce 60cc/ a quarter U.S. cup
・SAKE 120cc/ a half U.S. cup
・broth leftover after preboiling Daikon 360cc
・2 slices of Ginger
・Lemon peel (Optional)
