2020, 1,000 White Swamp Oaks and 100 Sycamore saplings were planted on a 3-acre site in Hurlock, Maryland. Today, just five years later, the land has transformed into a lush young forest. 🌳
This drone video showcases the journey — from bare ground to thriving canopy — documented through aerial footage and supported by LiDAR survey data. The project is expected to sequester nearly 500 tons of carbon dioxide over its lifetime, contributing to climate resilience and local ecosystem health.
