Learn how to breakdance with Bboy Unique. In this breakdance tutorial Unique shows you how to combine a knee rocks with knee spins, you will learn how to do the knee spin first and then learn how to combine it with the knee rock. Also I mention it in the video but in case you don't catch it, my footwork is Clockwise so if your footwork is counter clockwise make sure you reverse what I do, and once you got it down your way try going the opposite way :)

Remember when learning new moves to take it slow and then add speed in later. Slow and clean will help you so much more then you being fast and sloppy :)

Speed will come with practice.

As long as you remember when doing footwork to use your finger tips and don't be flat on your feet.

In order for you to get this footwork down, I suggest trying this in sets of 10 full knee rock to knee spin patterns, meaning full patterns ten times without stopping, then rest and go again, completing at least 5 sets. Go at your own speed until your flow of the footwork pattern is smooth and then try to increase your speed gradually, remember muscle memory is a huge factor in dance.

Don't forget Musicality as well, your breakdance footwork should hit beats as you are executing the movements, usually you will follow a 1-2 count or a 1&2 count for example when doing this footwork pattern the counts are: 1 & 2 - 3 & 4 - 5 & 6 - 7 & 8, your third step should land on all the even numbers.
