I’ve been working with a registered dietitian and learning how to eat more whole foods… but there’s one big problem ... I don’t like vegetables.
So I created Veggie Olympics: a series where I take one veggie, try multiple viral TikTok and Pinterest recipes, and honestly decide if it deserves a gold medal… or gets disqualified.
Today’s athlete: CARROTS
I watched TikTok recipes live, prepped fresh carrots, seasoned them in different ways, cooked multiple dishes, and ended with a real taste test ... no fake reactions, no pretending.
This series is about:
• Learning how to eat better without being perfect
• Trying whole foods even when it’s uncomfortable
• Being honest about what I like and what I don’t
• Helping people who also hate vegetables find recipes that actually work
