For this First Ride we take a look at the 2017 Yamaha YZ250. This bike features many of the same components from 2016. The only key difference is the new 270mm front brake rotor. Other than that the bike features BNG. Yamaha is the only Japanese manufacturer still making 2 strokes but is losing ground to the Austrian brands due to a lack of updates. We look forward to testing more on the YZ and hope Yamaha keeps this bike around. It is still one of our favorite bikes to rip around our testing spots.
