Today’s the day 8th of Camino de Santiago (Camino Portugues) and I’m finally crossing the border of Spain. I’ve walked 150 KM which for some people might not be too much but it’s definitely an achievement for me! I took a day off on my 4th day of the Camino because my blisters were hurting terribly. On this day I was feeling very tired too, (as you might guess Camino de Santiago is very tiring 😂) so I stopped walking way earlier than I intended. I think it’s important to take rests and listen to your body when you’ve done a physical challenge like the Camino. Luckily, hiking/traveling solo gives you the option of doing whatever you want to do.
