oof okay why the skit happened:
Osomatsu came in to a world where everything is dying. It's like a dystopia where everything is extinct. Then, he met his brothers who are fighting to survive and like the thing that is most important to that world now is a box of tissue(ykno, to blow your nose, wipe dirt, jack off). So the brothers fought their rights to the last remaining tissue box until Ichimatsu looses it and then bam, the skit happened.
If you wanna watch the whole play, there's one available here in YouTube by parts tho there's no eng sub available yet. The play doesn't follow the anime plot so it's kind of hard to understand if you're not familiar with Japanese but it's really good! Give it a try!
