This is a review of flight GA401 from I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS) in Bali to Soekarno-Hatta International Airport (CGK) in Jakarta.
The flight was operated by a Boeing 737-800NG with 12 business class seats and 150 economy class seats. In this flight, I had the chance to review the business class seats. I upgraded my economy class ticket (Y class) to business using a bid upgrade program for just IDR 1.2 million or about 75 USD one way.
Garuda Indonesia delivered awesome service throughout the flight. The cabin crew was very friendly and called me by name even though I was not an Elite Plus member. The lounge is surprisingly better than the one in Jakarta. However, the hard product on board was pretty standard. The meal served in this flight is quite tasty with Balinese traditional dishes (Ayam Taliwang) offered.
