Описание: This learning session on the "Revisiting the Rules of Evidence (Criminal & Civil Jurisdiction) by Mr. Sidharth Luthra, Senior Advocate, Supreme Court of India" as applicable in India has been brought for Criminal Defence Lawyers by Criminal Justice Group in collaboration with International Bridges to Justice India (IBJINDIA) and IBJ. This is the recording of the session telecasted on 27.4.2020 on Zoom during lockdown in India due to COVID-19. Luthra is a Senior Advocate and Former Additional Solicitor General of India at Supreme Court of India and Visiting Professor at Northumbria University at Newcastle, United Kingdom. He is an expert lawyer on the subject. We are thankful to him for sharing his knowledge with young lawyers.
