-Thranduil's past: he had a happy life with his wife and son (legolas) but when smaug came to his life everything fell apart
legolas is alive, but thranduil sent him to study abroad because he wanted to keep him safe
-Bard's past:he had a happy family too, but his wife got sick and he spent a lot of money on her medications and other health issues but she died and he don't have the enough money to raise his children
sorry for the angst but i wanted to bring other character and his background history
bilbo is a lonely person because since his parents died he don't like strange people in his house so he celebrate his birthday alone -so thorin and bilbo are alike
fili and kili's first idea for bilbo's birthday was to bring male strippers but fortunately tauriel tell them to do a traditional birthday party
