Watch Dogs 2 - Unrestricted Intro Mission Replay Mod (Part of WIP Mod)

Описание: This is a QOL addition to the New Game+ mod that I thought would be simple and easy. Oh how wrong I was. Despite the intro mission being set up for mission replays, even having its own description and unique icon in the DedSec App, there were lots of issues getting it working.

First of all, the mod has an intro skip feature which automatically skips the intro mission upon loading it, which would also immediately end a mission replay. I got some help binding the intro mission skip feature to F1 on the keyboard.

The next issue was the outfit Marcus wears in the intro mission, which is not available in any store or wardrobe. It's not the default outfit, it's a custom one. For some reason, despite it not being possible to change outfit during the intro mission, Ubisoft decided to re-apply this outfit not once, not twice, not three times, not four times, but 5 times throughout this mission. Disabling the first time was easy, but I only recently figured out how to disable the rest. Now, any outfit you're wearing when you start the mission replay will carry over into the replay, even the Shuffler outfit which does work as you'd expect.

Note that there are some limitations still in place, like the limited phone layout, the inability to pick up weapons, the lack of a "Quit Mission" option in the pause menu, and the game not putting you back in the same place you were when the replay ends. Keep in mind that this is the intro mission, so it has to play out correctly once, otherwise things will most likely break. Despite this, any weapons, skills, and RC devices you have, you'll bring them into the mission. Using the RC devices can sometimes cause weird issues because you're not supposed to have them.
