Flying Push-Ups on a Yoga Trapeze

Описание: Join me for a 4 minute tutorial to learn how to use the yoga trapeze to strengthen your upper body & experience a supported backbend - I'm talking about flying push-ups, yogis! One thing to note - I mention the placement of the swing lining up with the bottom of your tailbone. This is incorrect, please make sure the fabric is above your tailbone and aligned with the top of your pelvis.
