Melbourne humanitarian aid worker Moira Kelly has donated her own kidney to one of the previously conjoined twins she helped save in 2009.
Krishna developed kidney failure after she and Trishna were successfully separated. Her doting foster mum did not hesitate to save her daughter's life a second time.
