Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) and Mandates: Navigating the Pandemic with Confidence

Описание: I will be announcing a webinar date to be conducted within the next two weeks that will cover detailed explanations of FDA and Health and Human Services authority during the pandemic. This includes their role in Emergency Use Authorized (EUA) products... from masks to PCR tests and to the vaccines. What does EUA mean? Is there liability protection for the makers of EUA products and is there legal recourse for you or your children if injured or killed due to an EUA product?

We will discuss the FDA approved vaccine "Comirnaty" and do an analysis of FDA rules pertaining to EUA authority if alternative treatment or FDA approved product is on the market. I'll provide links to all documents reviewed and discussed.

We will discuss mandates in schools and workplaces and the damaging consequences that may occur (specifically in hospitals and clinics) due to threats of loss of federal medicare/medicaid funding if employees aren't "vaccinated", as it appears that hospitals and/or clinics could lose 20 to 25% of their nursing and doctor staff who choose not to take an EUA vaccine. Many of these clinics will be forced to close and this is will disproportionately impact the elderly and families on medicare/medicaid due to the potential loss of that funding triggered by Biden's executive order.

We will discuss exceptions, exemptions and options that exist for those not comfortable with taking an EUA vaccine (as the FDA approved vaccine IS NOT available and there is no timeline on its availability on the market).
