Sellers you may already have gathered all the paperwork you need for closing, but here are a few tasks to handle before the closing table.

1. Clean the entire house, don't forget inside drawers and cabinets.

2. Close all utility accounts on day of closing.

3. Place ALL keys in one location.

4. Create a packet of appliances, service contracts, and warranties.

5. Visit Usps.com/manage/forward.htm , to forward your mail to new address.

6.Cancel Newspaper subscriptions.

7.Do a final sweep!

8. Lock up house.

9. Make note to cancel homeowner's insurance after closing is complete.
