***My goal is to break down psychological concepts into layman's terms so they're easy to understand, and then provide tools to overcome the challenges that we face when we have developed negative thoughts, beliefs, and behavior patterns from our life experiences and the examples that were set for us.

I began studying psychology because I was tired of my own dumb shit, and could see the patterns of behavior in my life, but couldn't figure out how I intellectually knew better, but didn't seem to be able to do better, no matter how much I thought I was trying to.

Once I began implementing the tools (with the understanding of the behavior based on the psychology), I was finally able to start creating new habits, new mindset, and new positive outcomes where I had tried so desperately and failed so miserably before.

Realizing how much more enjoyable my life had become, I wanted to share this information with everyone! Like, "Look, we don't have to stay miserable. There is so much joy, peace, and love available to us in life, once we dig ourselves out of the negativity that's stuck in our minds!"

My mission is to help as many people as I can reach, to change their mindsets, overcome their blockages, and give them the tools to create their best life as the most authentic version of themselves. Standing in their power and no longer accepting mediocre as the only option.

We weren't meant to trudge through life just trying to make it through the day. We may have been subconsciously programmed to accept that, but I know that your best life is inside you, just waiting for you to discover that you're a complete badass who is totally capable of achieving everything you desire!
