Keema Paratha Recipe
( Surti's Special )

For Dough ;
Take 250 gm Maida ( all purpose flour)
1/2 tsp Salt (According to Taste)
1 tbsp Oil
Prepare your Dough by adding water((~ 170 ml))gradually ( it should be soft )
At last again add some oil and knead properly
Divide it into 6 parts (SEE MY VIDEO FOR NEXT PROCESS)
KEEP IT FOR 1 HOUR

Filling ;
In a pan take 300 GM Mutton Keema
Add 1/2 lemon juice (to keep its colour white)
Add 1 tbsp garlic paste,1 tbsp ginger paste, 2 tbsp green chilly paste ( depends on how spicy you eat ), 1 tsp cumin seeds ( jeera ), 1 tsp oil , salt

Cook till it becomes fully dry
Keep at room temp
Then add 1 finely chopped Onion, finely Chopped Coriander and Mint leaves, 1 tsp Cumin powder , 1 tsp garam masala

Final Step
Make round Paratha ( thin ) add Beated Egg 1/2 ( if needed add more )

Add filling and give it a square shape

Fry it in the pan full of oil

Now it's Ready😉
Serve with Onion, mint, Lemon , green chutney, ketchup 😋😋😍😍
