In aNewSpring, conditions can be set on blocks and activities to control when they become available to learners. These conditions can be based on time, date, completion of other activities, or specific rules.

1. Time-based Conditions:

Available Until: An activity or block becomes available when a learner starts the course and remains accessible for a specified period after completing a certain activity or reaching a certain date.

Time Period After Completion: The activity or block is available for a set duration after a specific activity is completed.

2. Activity-Based Conditions:

Until Completing Activity: The activity or block is available from the start of the course and is closed after the learner completes the specified activity.

After Completing Activity: The activity or block becomes available only after the learner has completed another specific activity.

Based on Completion Percentage: The activity or block is accessible once the learner reaches a certain percentage completion of another activity.

3. Rule-Based Conditions:

Based on Specific Rules: These conditions allow for more complex scenarios, enabling access to activities or blocks based on pre-defined rules.

4. Other Conditions:

Released by the Trainer: The trainer can manually release an activity or block to specific learners.

Searchable as a Knowledge Base: This allows learners to find and access content as needed, even without specific release conditions.

5. Conditions on Bundles:

One Course Must Be Completed First: When releasing learning journeys in a bundle, you can set a condition where one course must be completed before the next one is unlocked.

6. Editing Conditions:

In aNewSpring, you can edit existing conditions, even after they have been published, providing flexibility in managing learning paths.

You can add new conditions, but you cannot remove existing ones.
