Over easy is the second farm track. Don't let the name fools you: it ain't easy. It has tricky curves everywhere, and the very last shortcut it can be nice but can also make you lose, that's why I avoided (except on the lap where I had the fire wheels).
Really fun and wild first lap, then I win.
